Is my credit card information secure?
For security reasons we will never store your credit card information. We process all orders via Shopify Payments who's secure server and encryption technology are renowned for going above and beyond security industry standards.
How do I find out what size I am ?
The easiest way is to view our ‘Size Chart’ which is located on all product listings in our online store. If you’re still unsure feel free to email us at info@venroy.com.au.
How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
Once you have selected your preferred payment option and confirmed checkout out you will be charged immediately. You will also receive an order confirmation email. From here, it's not long until you're in business.
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I access my account ?
Don’t worry it happens to the best of us. All you have to do is click the ‘Forgot my password’ link underneath the login form and it will be emailed to you. You'll be back on in no time.

Garments
When will you restock an item that is sold out?
We produce all our garments in limited runs. This usually means once a product is sold out it will not be replaced. However we do replenish with a core selection of styles each season. Feel free to get in touch about any product at info@venroy.com.au
How do I wash these clothes
Luxury fabrics require special care. Generally speaking we recomend gentle machine washing in cold water. Hang to air dry as the dryer will cause items to shrink in most instances. Precise care instructions are attached to the garment.
